Delhi Court Grants Extension of Interim Bail for J&K MP Engineer Rashid in Terror-Funding Case Until October 28
New Delhi,/Jammu,15-10-2024: In a significant development, a Delhi court has extended the interim bail of Jammu and Kashmir Member of Parliament Sheikh Abdul Rashid, popularly known as Engineer Rashid, in connection with a terror-funding case. The extension, granted on October 15, allows Rashid to remain out on bail until October 28.
The order was issued by Additional Sessions Judge Chander Jit Singh, who took into consideration the health condition of Rashid’s father when making the ruling.
