Langar Seva : Vishwa Hindu Parishad and NIA Superintendent Acknowledge SAYWS’s Noble Endeavors

22-07-2023 : Advocate Leela Karan , who is the president of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), along with Rajesh Gupta , the working president of the organization, Rajinder , the sangathan Mantri, Kartik Soodan, the president of Bajrang Dal, and Parshotam Mengi, Superintendent of Police at the National Investigation Agency (NIA), came together for a special visit to the langar (community kitchen) of the Shri Amarnathji Yatra Welfare Society (SAYWS). This langar is situated opposite Saraswati Dham at the Railway Station, presumably serving the pilgrims of the Amarnath Yatra.

During their visit, Advocate Leela Karan Ji took the initiative to interact with the pilgrims who were present at the langar. He engaged with them to understand their experiences and assessed the facilities and services being provided to them. It reflects the caring and empathetic nature of the VHP president to ensure that the pilgrims’ needs are being adequately met during their sacred journey.

As part of their visit, the dignitaries also participated in serving the langar to the pilgrims. This act of humility and service shows their commitment to the well-being and comfort of the Yatra participants. They praised and commended the dedicated services being offered by the Shri Amarnathji Yatra Welfare Society, which undoubtedly plays a crucial role in supporting and nurturing the pilgrims on their arduous pilgrimage.

In recognition of their selfless dedication and support towards the welfare of the pilgrims, the office bearers of SAYWS honored all the visiting dignitaries, including Advocate Leela Karan Ji and others. This gesture of appreciation highlights the importance of acknowledging and encouraging individuals and organizations that contribute positively to society.

During the visit, Advocate Leela Karan Ji also took the time to express his gratitude and appreciation to the langar committee members for their tireless efforts. The acknowledgment from such a respected figure as the VHP president boosts the morale of the volunteers and reinforces their commitment to continue their noble work in serving the pilgrims.

In response, Kiran Wattal, the President of SAYWS, conveyed his heartfelt thanks to all the esteemed guests for their visit. He took the opportunity to provide a brief overview of the society’s various activities and initiatives. It allowed the guests to gain a better understanding of the organization’s scope and impact, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.
