New Delhi, Oct 11 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday shared an article written by Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, highlighting the remarkable transformation and growth of India’s Northeast region.
In a post on social media, PM Modi described the Northeast as the “pulsating heart of India’s growth story,” citing Arunachal Pradesh as a shining example of progress and development.
“For the first time, the Northeast is not the periphery, it is the pulsating heart of India’s growth story,” PM Modi stated, underscoring the region’s growing importance in India’s developmental journey.
Scindia’s article elaborates on the region’s transformation through improved connectivity, new airports, empowered Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and the promotion of creativity and local culture. It also reflects the essence of Viksit Bharat—a vision for a developed India that leaves no region behind.
